Very friendly! Great payment options! I was able to do an extended payment option which was what made my decision easier to go to babcock! When I first came in to get my car checked, they told me an hour, but it took 2 and when I got it fixed the next day it look an hour longer then they said. So that’s the only reason I didn’t give a five stars, but great place to go! Also they took pictures of my car and showed me the broken parts and I love that, because I don’t look under my car or know much about cars so they explained everything to me and showed me the actual things worng not just telling me they were wrong.
