We have been blessed by the people in our community and appreciate opportunities to give back. We regularly make in-kind donations to local community events and fundraisers. We prayerfully consider the requests we receive and though we would love to donate to every group or individual, we are unable to do so based on the large volume we receive. Additionally, due to the extreme number of phone calls for donation requests in combination with solicitations at our shop, it makes it difficult for our team to best care for our customers. We have therefore established guidelines for submission of any future donation requests.

YOUR DONATION REQUEST LETTER MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Your donation request, the specific purpose for the donation and how it will be used
A contact name including street address, phone number and email address
Proof of the organization's Federal Tax ID number and a copy of the current IRS 501(c)(3), if applicable
All donation requests must be submitted via U.S. mail to:

Please submit written requests 45-90 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to honor every request that we receive. You will be contacted if we are able to fulfill your request. Please accept our apology in advance if we are unable to.

Please submit your request to the above address with details of the sponsorship desired at least 60 days prior to the starting date of the sport.
