Baked Macaroni & Cheese ~ Gluten Free

Recipe
This is a tried and true recipe my mother-in-law has made for years. I’ve tweaked it to make it GF … it’s a crowd pleasing favorite! My kids gobble it up the day I make it and on the rare occasion we have leftovers, it heats up nicely and is just as good days later!
Ingredients
I USE THESE BREADCRUMBS
- 8 oz GF elbow macaroni, cooked
- GF Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 C. Milk
- 1 lb. Colby or Sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1-2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer 1/2 Colby cheese, macaroni & breadcrumbs. Repeat. Top with cheddar cheese. Pour milk into the side of the pan. Bake at 375-degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
