The staff at Babcock Auto Care are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a wonderful place to wait for your car even if you have children. They have a great play area for the kids. I am always spoken to with respect by the staff and am never made to feel foolish for not understanding all the in's and outs of how cars work. I would recommend Babcock Auto care to everyone.

I come here for routine oil changes & other minor car care. Service has always been great! They offer a shuttle around town if you need it, otherwise their waiting room is beautifully decorated with plush couches & chairs. They even vacuum out your car with oil changes! Would really recommend!

I would recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle maintenance and repair. Everyone was so friendly and took care of me right away. I also loved the play area they have for kids. My 1 year old loved playing with all the toys and it kept her entertained. Great customer service. I also like that they have a rewards program. Keep up the great work! I came here after reading the reviews online and I agree this place is fantastic! I will definitely bring my car there again for routine maintenance and any repairs it might need in the future. :)

I was very pleased with Babcock auto. I have had so many nightmares with auto repair I dread taking my car in. They were very friendly and the service was exceptional. My car was pulling hard to the left and making a loud screeching noise. My brother said to call Babcock so I did. They took it in the next day and called me later with a estimate for the repairs. He explained everything in great detail and I really appreciated that since I know nothing about mechanical things. The job was done fast and affordably, great service.

I have taken my vehicles to Babcock Auto for about 2 yrs now and have always been pleased by everything they do. Recently, when I called to make an appointment for an oil change and to look into getting new tires. He took the time to research the best options for my vehicle and call me back with estimates (without even coming in). On the day of my appointment, I was informed of a few other things that were wearing out in our truck and all my questions were answered. My kids were happily entertained for more than an hour with the large play area. Very good business and customer service.

We run a service Business. Having a van out for service mean that we are able to get to a customer. Babcock get us in and out in a timley fashion to eliminate unwanted downtime keeping our Vans on the road.

I brought my ’01 Chevrolet Cavalier in to Babcock’s last Saturday because my car was experiencing issues with the shifter and I knew something wasn't right. I explained to the technician that my vehicle was having intermittent problems shifting from drive into park. In addition, my car had apparently shifted into neutral by itself while sitting at a stop light recently after driving 100+ miles. I was in a pinch because I had just drove up in from out of state for a wedding that weekend and needed someone to look on it ASAP. Babcock’s was one of the very few places I found that was open on Saturday – I was so relieved! Several Babcock employees listened to me express the problems I was having with my vehicle. I was nervous that something may be broken or faulty with my transmission (which is definitely not what I wanted to hear!). After the technician worked with my car for quite some time, he assured me that he did not feel something was wrong with my transmission, but that something with the shifter (and perhaps the shifter button/handle) was what was likely causing my issue. He told me it was something I should get looked at in the near future, but given how pressed I was for time (and because it was the weekend), Babcock’s wasn’t going to be able to help me. I already have an appointment to get this fixed tomorrow now that I am back home. I just wanted to send a thank you note to the Babcock team for being honest technicians. On more than one occasion, I’ve dealt with mechanics who will try to find things wrong with a vehicle to make a sale. Babcock’s didn’t do this and sent me away having spent a significant amount of time on my car and making no repairs for free. They steered me in the right direction and really seemed to know what they were talking about. Even though they weren't able to get the fix I needed done that day (given that it was a Saturday and I need to leave the state the next morning... and it was a holiday weekend!), I very much appreciated their work and honesty. Thanks!

Recently, when I called to make an appointment for an oil change and to look into getting new tires for the winter, Jeremy took the time to research the best options for my vehicle and call me back with estimates (without even coming in!). I was reminded of my appointment by email and text. On the day of my appointment, I was informed of a few other things that were wearing out in our van and my questions were answered clearly and completely. My decision to wait on a few items was received without pressure. My kids were happily entertained for more than an hour with the large and comfortable play area. I felt like a true guest from start to finish. Quality!
