*UPDATE* I'm updating my previous review from a measely two stars to a full fledged five stars. Why you ask? Because of something incredible that happened recently that I have never experianced before. I posted my prior review here on 7/21/12, and it was not exactly flattering. To my complete and utter shock, two days later the store owner, Jeanna, had called and left a voicemail on my cellphone. She said she saw my review here on Yelp and apologized for what had happened and gave an explanation of their two year, 24,000 mile warranty and wanted me to bring it back in so they could look at it. She even gave me her personal cell phone number so I could talk to her. I did end up talking to her (not through her cell phone though) and she was very apologetic and very professional about the situation. I took my car back to the shop, and this time I got three phone calls walking me through the progress being made on my car, so I didn't have to call them. They also got it fixed fast; I was in and out the same day. The guy behind the counter was honest about missing some problems with my brakes the first time I was there. So to compensate, I got all new front and rear brakes FOR FREE!!! Even after I offered to pay for them, he refused and said that he wanted no hard feelings and wished for me to come back as a returning customer. Even though it is a shame that there were some problems the first time I went there, the way they took care of me this time around was world class. They displayed integrity, ownership, and caring. These traits show that this shop is serious about pleasing their customers, and I find that to be refreshing. I will be back for more repairs if need be. Good job guys and gals!
