At Babcock Auto Care, WE CARE FOR PEOPLE AND FIX CARS! We are still doing everything we can to make auto service less RUFF with our exceptional service options based on each customer’s level of comfort:


#1) When you arrive at our front doors, we have a station set up with envelopes. You may take an envelope, fill out your information, put your keys inside, and call us for instructions @ 507-226-8330


#2) You may come in and wait for a masked advisor to help you. If you've forgotten your mask, no problem! Call us @507-226-8330 and we would be most happy to bring one to you. 


#3) You may use our early bird or after-hours drop box for contact-LESS service. 


#4) You may utilize our free local pickup and delivery service where we will make every effort to service your vehicle in a timely manner. Based on our staffing abilities, this service must be scheduled in advance.


With a larger lobby than most, we have kept it open. We would ask that you physically distance yourself from others and wear a mask. 


For your continued convenience we are offering a local shuttle where our awesome drivers will be wearing masks as you ride safely in the back with your mask on.


We also continue with texting/emailing our digital inspections so that you can see what we see without being here.  And we have a contact-LESS text-to-pay option.
