Parchment paper will be your friend in GF baking. I use it when rolling out pizza dough, pie crusts or cinnamon rolls. It’s non-stick surface, when dusted with flour allows you to manage your dough better. You can find parchment paper at most of the local grocery stores near the saran wrap or aluminum foil. I’ve used a couple different brands and have no preference.
